P1. Sequence

A Client submits a request. A Vendor sends a quote and, by doing so, gives its assent to that exact quote. The Client accepts or declines. Acceptance freezes the agreed service, price and legal-document versions and moves the booking to signature. No binding Service Agreement exists until the Client signs it electronically; before that, the Client or the Vendor may withdraw through an action recorded by the platform, and no Checkout or payment takes place. Payment can begin only after the signature. Messages clarify details but do not silently replace the frozen agreement.

P2. Quote changes

If a quote changes, the earlier assent no longer applies and the Vendor must assent again.

P3. Payment, hold and release

After confirmed payment, the system can record the Vendor amount as held. Current eligibility is 09:00 America/New_York on the second Federal Reserve banking business day after the event date, subject to the banking calendar, account readiness, administrative holds and payment checks. Release requires administrative action; eligibility is not a guaranteed payment date. A transfer to a connected Stripe account and a bank payout are separate operations.
