P1. Price, fees and totals
The accepted financial snapshot controls the service price, currency, Client service fee and total, and Vendor commission and net entitlement. Amounts are copied from the accepted quote and payment records, not recalculated by contract generation. An estimated processing cost is not a guaranteed actual Stripe fee. No new fee, tax rate, cancellation percentage or membership charge is created by this document.
